Bezit licentie maar krijg proefversie!

Question

Van de week kreeg ik ineens berichten van adobe acrobat dat ik moest aanmelden om de software te gebruiken. Zie afbeelding.

Hierna heb ik gekeken of mijn licentie verlopen is dit is niet het geval.

Ook heb ik gekeken of de de acrobat up to date was. Dit was wel het geval. Ook heb ik de software zowel adobe acrobat als de hele cloud verwijderd en opnieuw geinstalleerd. Toch blijft adobe zeggen dat ik een proefversie heb. Wat kan ik doen? HELP!
