Big white box

Running Mac 10.14.16 on my laptop. This is a licensed version. Why do I get a big white box across the whole document whe  I try to email or share? The program is then frozen and I have to froce quit.

    As asked by expert, it would be more easier for us to understand if you'll share the exact version of Adobe application you are working on.

    After hours with an Adobe expert I gave up. I backed up my data and did a hard reset on my Mac. The first thing that I did was to install the adobe Cloud software. It works fine now. Unfortunatly it was alot of work. Quite frustrating.
