Bilddarstellungen bei Adobe Acrobat sind geschwärzt.

Question

Hallo, ich habe das Problem, dass die Bilddarstellungen bei Adbobe nur als Schwarz-graue Rechtecke oder Hintergrundbild angezeigt werden. Scheinbar kann dies bei Ansicht geändert werden. Der Reiter Ansicht oder Voreinstellung ist bei mir nicht zu finden und auch sonst komme ich da nicht so richtig weiter. Geupdatet habe ich.

Ich arbeite auf einem Mac.

Wär super, wenn ihr mir da helfen könntet 🙂

I hope you are doing well, and thank you for reaching out.

Please ensure you have the latest version of Acrobat installed on the machine: 25.001.20756. Planned update: October 1, 2025. Check for any pending updates by navigating to Menu > Help> Check for Updates. Install the updates, restart the app and the machine, and try again.

Go to Acrobat > Preferences > Page Display, and ensure Smooth Line arts and Smooth images options are selected.

Is this issue happening with all the PDFs, or is it specific to one in particular? What is the version of the Mac OS installed? For testing purposes, open the PDF in any browser and check.
