Billed but got free 3 months during cancellation

Hi there, I was doing my cancellation on Adobe Acrobat DC at the end of the free trial, then I was offered a free 3 month subscription. But I was billed afterwards. Wondering if anyone could help me take a look into it, and give me a refund back? Thank you!

That order number for the invoice is AE00589300157CCA

There is nothing we can do here about this - most people here are users of Adobe's technology, just like you, and we don't have access to the the accounts and billing systems. You need to call Adobe's support to fix this.

@Karl Heinz Kremer is correct.

However, can you give a clarification on your post?

Were you billed after your initial trial or after your three month extension?

  • If after your initial trial, you will have to call customer service as Karl suggested. Hopefully you made a note of the date you called. I also like to write down the exact time and person's name I spoke with. It gives greater credence to my argument.
  • If you were billed after your three month free extension, it is up to the user to cancel their subscription, but I think you can cancel before 30 days the actual paid subscription starts (possibly with a payment for the first month).
