Billed double after upgrade

I upgraded from Standard to Pro in November and have since been billed for both the Standard and Pro subscriptions. This makes no sense and is certainly not what anyone would expect when clicking on "Upgrade". I cannot contact anyone, as Adobe has decided to use a useless chatbot to avoid talking to their customers. Very unprofessional. Please sort it out, without making me jump through hoops.

Steven, thanks for upgrading your service and I am sorry you appear to be blocked from reaching us. You may want to check with the people managing the security software on the device and network to confirm they allow you unrestricted access to contact us.

 

I don't see any unexpected charges under the account that you used to create this public discussion. The charges for November were when you changed your plan. Please see https://adobe.ly/4jlHb7y for more information about switching your subscription commitment.

 

If you are seeing additional charges, then please use https://adobe.ly/4qadTvC to locate the cause of the charge, Steven.
