black box insteat of text

When opening a pdf in Adobe Acrobat DC PRO, a black rectangle appears instead of black text. Even in Hide Wireframe mode I don't see text but a black rectangle. Only converting to outline helps. The font is embedded. On a second PC with the same settings it displays correctly.
