Black Doesn't look black

I just imported this project from InDesign and the blacks no longer match. How can I fix this?

You need to fix that in InDesign. But in Acrobat, go to the Print Production tools and check with the Output Preview the values. I suspect that the image black is a rich black, with CMY content.
