    Hello @Rick22886273nv7v

The issue has been fixed from the product side, and there is no change in the app version. Please restart the Acrobat, and the machine once. Check the performance, and let us know if you experience any issues.

    Regards,

    Anand Sri.

We’re having similar issues in our organization with another user and myself. Multiple documents, persists after uninstall + reinstall.

One Workaround that’s helped is to click ‘View’ > ‘disable New Acrobat’ from the menu bar, but it quite drastically changes the app’s layout and appearance.

    Hello @Rick22886273nv7v

I hope you are doing well, and we’re sorry for the trouble.

Could you please share a screenshot of the screen you are getting? Is it happening with all the PDFs, or with a specific PDF?

Can you try accessing any other tools and see if you still get the same blank window?

We’re here to help, just need more info.

    Regards,

    Anand Sri.
