Blank pages after adding other pages

Hi everyone,

I urgently need help... I had this big file for a project I have to hand out in a week.

I added some pages in the document from another PDF file and then suddenly all the other pages went blank (except from the ones I had just added).

So now I have this file, size of 30 Mo with only blank pages (except the ones I had just added from another PDF file for which the size was 500 Ko...).

I tried everything, the pages remain blank even if I open the file with another software (Preview on Mac or web).

I extract some pages from the document in attached, 10,4 Mo but still nothing ...

I have Adobe Acrobat Pro DC version 2018.009.20050 on my mac OSX version 10.13.6.

Did you try :

  • Save as into a new file ?
  • Can you reproduce it starting from the same main document before adding new pages ?
  • Did you try opening the document in illustrator ?

Save as into new file gives me a new file with the exact same problem.

I cannot reproduce it starting from the main document before adding the new pages as I did not save the file as a separate document before... All I have now is this file, only blank pages except the ones I just added. I tried everything to go back to the previous "saved" but it was not possible.

I tried to open it in Illustrator, it gives me blank pages again, exactly like when I open it with Acrobat.

 

Did you try to open the file I attached ?  It's 10 Mo but only blank pages...
