Bloqueo y cierre de Acrobat en win11

Al utilizar Acrobat en mi pc con windows (Edición Windows 11 Home, Versión 24H2, Versión del sistema operativo 26100.4349, Experiencia Paquete de experiencia de características de Windows 1000.26100.107.0)

Aparece un mensaje con una barra de progreso, y en ese momento se cuelga el programa y se cierra.

He desinstalado e instalado de nuevo pero el problema no se soluciona
