Blue and Black lines appears when using edit mode

Hi, currently having an issue with a PDF file. In the image provided, the PDF is full of the the black and blue lines and I'm not sure how to get rid of them. They only appear when I go into edit mode and I've been trying to do some how get rid of this for the past hour, but with no luck as it doesn't seem to be something that's posted about. If I am missing something, then please do let me know.

Thank you for reaching out.

As mentioned, it happens when you go to Edit mode. Please unmark the "Show bounding boxes" box in the right-hand tool pane. Check if that removes the lines.

If the issue still occurs, please let us know how it was created.

Would you mind sharing the PDF with us so we can look?

Hi Meenakshi,

Thank you for the reply. We tried this earlier and it did get rid of them, but the problem is that if we hover over where they would be, they reappear. Also the PDF belongs to a customer and so I can't exactly hand it out unfortunately.
