Blue circle and not responding when opening drawings in pdf

We are having intermittent issues with opening drawings sent to us by clients in pdf.

 

Drawing opens, but once you try to zoom in or move the view,  the blue circle appears and then if you click the mouse, the screen greys out and goes into (Not Responding).

 

Only thing to do is close the programme or wait for programme to respond but circle just spins, file size is typically 3000kB.

Thank you for the response.

 

After discussions with Adobe the issue is that Adobe Acrobat PRO 2024 is not compatable with Windows 11 64bit.

 

I have had to purchase a perpetual licence for Adobe Acrobat 2020 instead and cancel my subscription.
