blue highlights wont show and wont let me type. also Letter and texts disappear. Acrobat Pro 2020

here are all the troublesteps i performed 

I followed the instructions on this page but it did not solve the problem Solved: 'blue' in fillable pdf option Not available - Adobe Community - 12589232

This page did not solve the problem either Solved: Fillable form PDF no longer showing blue boxes - Adobe Community - 9331062   i uncheck the section and checked it back on but nothing. 

I followed the instruction on this one so it was 50/50 fixed 

PDF documents texts/signatures not showing or disappeared

Menu/preferences/security (enhanced)/ under protected view click all files/ check mark automatically trust documents with valid certifications/ click ok.   ---------------- on this steps here it did fix the issue with all documents but when playing around with it. one field of texts did come back but then disappeared later and couldnt get it back. 

I also repaired the software and checked for updates but did not fix the issue 

I attached a picture of what i mean. When i was messing with the security feauture it did seem to bring a column back on texts but then it dissapeared. If any help please
