Blue Request E-Signatures Pop Up will not disable

Question

I have deactivated the pop up button in the preferences screen. This blue pop up still shows up every time I select Fill & Sign. It freezes up the form when you hit the X to close. This makes the program run slower and takes twice as long to complete the work.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
