Blurred images in PDF invoices (signature, logo, QR code)

Hello all,

 

we are having issues in Adobe Reader from version 5.001.2063, when I open invoice all pictures are blurry, for example signature, company logo or QR code. Its critical bug for us as we are not able to print invoices.

Please do a "Help -> Check for updates" to update to the latest version and let us know if you still see issues.

@natalia_6264 the problem you're describing is a known bug in the latest versions of Adobe Acrobat Reader; probably the only work-around, printing the document as a flat image, you bypass the rendering bug that's affecting the individual images within the PDF. The quality may be slightly lower than a perfect print, but the images will not be blurry and will be scannable.
