Bonjour, j utilise un Mac, impossible d'ouvrir l application adobe. J'ai supprimé, désinstallé...tout essayé.;; rien ne fait j ai pas de message d erreur. Rien l application s ouvre pas

Please close all the Adobe-related applications, including Acrobat. Restart the computer. Trash all the downloaded setup files related to Acrobat. Then use the Acrobat Cleaner tool to remove any leftover installation or corrupt files. 

Restart the computer. Ensure all mandatory and optional OS updates are installed. Then create a test user profile with full admin rights or enable the root account. Download and install Acrobat and check the performance.
