Bookmark actions delete after clicking organize pages

Question

I'm use Adobe Pro. I am working on a document that is already book marked. When I click on "Organize pages" for the purpose of extracting pages, or rotating them, even if I do not make any changes to the document, the bookmarks in the file stop working. I can see when I right click on the bookmarks that on the  "Actions" tab, the associated action to go the page has been deleted. Has anyone encountered this problem, or know how to fix it? Working on Microsoft, and downloaded this version yesterday when I got a new tablet (Surface Pro).

I've never encountered that. It's very strange. My guess is there's a corrupt internal structure in the file, which maybe Acrobat removes when editing it, but without seeing the actual file it's just a guess.
