bookmarked doc not saving to Desktop

Hi. I have been end-tagging docs with #page= [page number] to bookmark them in links, and when I paste this code to a work form, it opens just fine at the right place.  But when I then try to save the opened doc to my Desktop or anywhere else for uploading to online work destination, it won't save at the bookmarked place, only from the start of the doc. Also, bookmarked files that HAD saved properly to Desktop yesterday and the day before are now opening incorrectly as well. I've checked Adobe is up to date, restarted, tried to save elsewhere...Nope. Help, please!
