Bookmarks and Pages not Displaying in PDF Portfolio I created

I created a PDF Portfolio containing five flat directories with a cover/index page. After adding all of the documents needed, I want to check/modify bookmarks. Neither the bookmark nor the page (thumbnails) buttons appear on the upper-right ribbon, like they do for my other documents. The only option displaying is "Open Document". When I click it, nothing happens. This same problem is being experienced by another peer, but one other peer is not experiencing this problem. If you know what might be causing this problem, please respond.  Is the PDF Portfolio still supported by Adobe?  Thanks.

Pam

Hi @7343938_6929

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the troubled experience.
Please ensure your copy of Acrobat is updated. To check for any pending updates, launch Acrobat > Help > Check for updates. If the issue occurs, try disabling New Acrobat and see if that helps you view the Bookmarks of the file attached to the Portfolio. To disable New Acrobat, click on the menu, Hamberger icon(three horizontal lines stacked together) > Disable New Acrobat.

Ideally, once the PDF Portfolio file is created and saved and each file is viewed individually, you should be able to see the Bookmark of that file if it has bookmarks. Also, is it possible for you to share the file with us? Also, try creating a PDF portfolio with a couple of files that have Bookmarks and check if that works fine at your end.

If the issue continues to occur, let us know the version of Acrobat installed on your machine: https://adobe.ly/3ZB8lxX
