Bookmarks breaking/disappearing when combining PDF files

Hey,

I'm currently using Adobe STD 11 ( fully up to date )

When I've come across a slight problem when combining 2 certain PDF files together.

I have two files here which you can see both have been bookmarked:

These all work fine when they are 2 separate documents.

When I combine these this happens :

I've' tried inserting from file too but it just doesn't work.

Has anyone come across this before?

How do you combine the files?

Highlighting both > right click > combine or I open one up and 'insert' into the other

No problem using Acrobat Pro DC.
