Bookmarks: Moving Child-Bookmarks to Root-Level not Possible

Dear Community,

We need help with the following problem:

We create the bookmarks (created from structure) from the headings of tagged-PDFs. Since these are delivered in a flat hierarchy, we create a tree structure by moving them. Since we want to place the documents title and legal notice at the root level, we have to move a child bookmark to the very first position. We do this by drag and drop In frequent, non-reproducible cases, the focus-line stops after releasing the mouse button and doesn´t move any more. The rest of the program continues to work without error, only the target focus of the bookmark remains 'stuck'.
