Bookmarks sidebar tab missing in Acrobat web version

In the web version of Acrobat I’m unable to find or enable the bookmarks tab in the sidebar on the right side of the screen.
 

Is there a setting I’m missing somewhere? This tab is present on the desktop version of Acrobat.

    I only see it when the current document has bookmarks. I don’t see anyway to add bookmarks in documents that don’t have them yet. 

     

    I noticed this in the upper-left of the browser “Access premium tools when you subscribe”. I have the full Pro subscription and the AI subscription. The Adobe website states that they include all online features. 

    I suspect a bug...
