Bookmarks: When Clicked, Make Them Jump to A Location On a Page

I need help figuring out why sometimes when I click a bookmark, it will take me to not only the correct page, but the correct location ON the page, and other times, it only brings me to the page of interest.

I need all of the bookmarks to enable me to jump to the correct location ON the page of interest, and not just the top of the page of interest.

Do I need to set the magnification a certain way, or adjust any other advanced settings?

PDF Bookmarks are a combination of the page itself, and the zoom in/out view settings called a "Page View."

For details, see this Acrobat help article, specifically item #3 that describes the 2-steps to create a PDF Bookmark.

Are these bookmarks you've created? If so, how did you do it?
