Question

Bottom bar "suggestions for you" steal focus when filling a form field

There is a slight delay when the PDF opens and the 'Suggestions for you' pop-up bottom bar appears. This results in negative behaviour: When you start filling in a form field, the appearing bottom bar steals focus and prevents you from completing it. Please prevent this focus stealing from happening.

@BioMachine7 there's a simple way to fix this by adjusting a setting in your Adobe Acrobat preferences. This will stop the bar from appearing and let you fill out forms smoothly without any interruptions. Keyboard shortcuts, Command K (MAC) or Control K (PC); Scroll to Forms - Auto Complete - Off - then OK.

If by slim chance this still doesn't work, you will also need to log in to your Adobe account on their website and look for settings related to "Auto-suggestions" there as well.

Thanks for your suggestion. I'm afraid this didn't work. Also, on the website that option doesn't seem to exist anymore. Well, okay, then I have to wait a few seconds before that tool bar got fully loaded.
