Box cut off but nothing else

Hello! I've created letters for a client in MS Word for Mac. I saved them as pdfs and imported them into InDesign. You can see in the screenshot of my InDesign file (Screen Shot 2023-06-01 at 3.46.36 PM) all 4 black outlines around the compensation amount are intact. When I export to pdf (Tort Award Letters_four-up_TEST.pdf), the outlines on the left 2 letters are chopped off but nothing else is. Any ideas?
