Bug Adobe acrobat

Meu Adobe acrobat apaga minhas anotações no PDF, apaga as páginas do PDF, não fecha o PDF e depois volta ao salvamento anterior. Como consertar isso

Question, which Acrobat do you have? Are you using Reader or Pro? Did you have both?

I would use Adobe Cleaner, and remove both applications and any remenant of a trial version if you used that. Somehow, I think it's getting confused. Close the desktop Creative Cloud, and run the Adobe Cleaner.

When it's all done, go back to adobe.com, and creative Cloud and log into the account that you normally use and download the correct Acrobat.
