bug avec pdf depuis plusieurs jours

bonjour à tous,

 

depuis plusieurs jours, acrobat plante ou se bloque lorsque j'ouvre un document, que ce soit avec un fichier lourd ou leger, j'arrive à faire circuler les pages mais ça bug en marche arriere, ca plante ou se bloque souvent. j'ai pourtant la derniere version.. étrange .. 

 

aussi, il arrive que lorsque ça bug la fenetre windows prenne l'apparence de l'ancienne version de Windows vista ! ..

J’ai eu le même beug en téléchargeant un devis PDF depuis le site https://www.mondevisfacile.fr/

Sorry for the troubled experience, and thank you for reaching out. 

Could you share a screen recording of the workflow? And kindly share the following:

  • Acrobat version installed.
  • Operating System name and version
  • Logs: 
    • Diagnostic logs - steps: Run the Adobe Diagnostic Utility
      • Download the utility from this link: https://adobe.ly/4nqkAbE
      • Open the tool and click Start Diagnostics.
      • Ensure Advanced Logging is enabled.
      • Launch Acrobat and reproduce the crash or freeze (open the “What’s New” window).
      • Once the issue occurs, return to the utility and click Stop Monitoring.
      • Copy the Log ID shown and share it with us here.
  • Crash logs - steps: Collect Crash Logs

    • If Acrobat is crashing (and not just freezing), we also need crash logs:

    • Instructions: https://adobe.ly/44afCIz
    • Once collected, upload the logs to any cloud drive (e.g., OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox) and share the link with us.

As the application crashes or freezes, try the troubleshooting steps suggested in the following help document for a crash: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-crashes-on-windows-os.html.

If the above suggestion does not work, try reinstalling the application using the following steps:
-Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html).
-Reboot the machine
-Install Adobe Acrobat from the following page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html.

 

We may require the logs for further investigation if the issue still occurs.

Share the Acrobat and OS version details as well.

J'ai beaucoup d'utilisateurs impactés de mon coté malgré les majs etc.
Surement un soucis niveau adobe
