Bug is back: When signing, graphic is not transparent anymore

since the new GUI was released, my signature isn't transparent anymore. When will this bug be fixed?

Using 2024.002.20687, but problem exists for the last months.

    But I cannot look into the PDF internals that cause the problem by looking at the screen shots. So while your screen shots hint at the visual effect you're observing, they are not helpful for understanding the issue.

     

    By the way, it is unlikely that your question "When will this bug be fixed?" will be answered here as this is a community forum, not a support forum.

    Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive please download it to your computer locally and then try again.
     
    What is the version of the OS and the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 24.02.20736 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
     
    Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.

    If it still doesn't work, would you mind collecting the Adobe CC logs https://adobe.ly/3ybyRUH , Procmon logs (Win Only)  https://adobe.ly/4bt8mIq  and share them via any cloud storage. Just upload the log file to the cloud and generate the link and share that link with us for further investigation.

    I have to describe my problem more exactly: the signature still has the transparent background, but I use the second image (initials) to upload my company stamp. Also second image has transparent background. BUT: if I want to position that on my signature, then this isn't working anymore (position image 1 and image 2 on each other isn't working since for the last 3 months or so.
