Question

**BUG** OCR-READER

Hi @XX_XY_XX

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. A small video recording of the issue would be very helpful in understanding the workflow better.

What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 23.03.20215 Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Regards

Amal

hi, thanks for your reply! this in an issue I (or we as company) have occasionally (since months) when we run trough our pdf's with OCR and afterwards correct/control the result. there's no rule for when it appears, but when it does, it always appears on the same site again, even if I close and re-open the pdf. (for me) it especially seems to appear when I work with larger PDF files (more than 25-30pages). the point with updates/reboots has no positive effect on that problem. I made a video where the bug gets visible, but don't have or create a youtube account now just for sending the video, isn't there another option?

best

X
