Build up of old update files?

Hi Team

I've got a lot of what look like old update files building up in my OS drive in ProgramData\Adobe\ARM.  Example file names are:

AcrobatDCx64upd2300320284.msp

AcrobatDCx64upd2300820421.msp

AcrobatDCx64upd2300820533.msp

Are these able to be removed (or perhaps all but the latest)?
