Building website in RapidWeaver to display .pdf files.

All of the internal .pdf applications don't work completely. They show on my MacBook Pro but not consistently on my iPad or iPhone. I have over 200 files and want them linked to the .pdf files so they will be displayed. I assume you can link Acrobat to the .pdf files so they display?
