Bulk convert DOCX to Acrobat PDF from within File Explorer is not working

I have multiple DOCX files listed in File Explorer. In the past, I have been able to select them all, regardless of number, and then with the mouse, right click and select Convert to Adobe PDF. At this current time, this conversion is not working. To convert these files one at a time would not help. I need to get this Bulk conversion working again.

I am currently at the latest version of 23.x after a fresh install of Acrobat from Adobe Cloud. Microsoft Word is at Version 2308 Build 16.0.16731.20182  64-bit.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the delayed response.

 

What happens when you try to create the PDFs? Do you get any error message? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for more clarity?

 

What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 23.08.20470 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
 
Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.
 
Please try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://adobe.ly/3waMe6l and check.
