Bulk Send with CVS but don't have Mega Sign

Is there a way to use a .cvs to request signatures without having mega send? I don't have the option to import and adobe won't load the .cvs if I add it as a file.

Thanks for reaching out.

Only Mega Sign service gives you the option to import a CSV file to add your recipient's email address. 

Sorry to say, any other service level doesn't have this feature. It's for the Business and Enterprise service level only.
