Bullet Points

I am trying to understand how you can create a bullet point list in Acrobat Pro DC

I came a cross a help topic, and the menu showing had bullet point (and numbers) in the menu on the RH side of Acrobat. However, I don't have these showing in my menu.

Can anyone help with this?
