Button for exporting a jpg in Acrobat

I've made a form that my staff fills out, prints and hands to a customer. I have it all setup (and works very well) with drop downs and calculated fields and what not but I want a way to send just the data fields of the form (not all the drop downs and such) easily by email to a customer. Ideally I'd also like to make it easy for my staff to produce such a document, like having a button that is visible but doesn't print. We've done it before where we do a print > print to pdf but does anybody have an idea for a way to have a button on the form that the staff can just click and gets prompted to safe a Jpeg or PDF of the document for emailing? The document has no need to be edited in the future (the one that is sent that is).

Does your staff have Acrobat or just the free Reader?

All staff have just the free reader on workstation PCs.

It's not possible in Reader.
