Button print in grey scale

Hi,

When I try to print in the scale of grey(black and white, it doesn't work. It prints in colors, I have to go to advance to change the configuration.

    Are you trying to use a print button on an interactive pdf to automatically print in black & white? I'm not sure that is possible. One work-around would be to use a two layer pdf that includes a color layer set to view but never print and a black & white layer set to print but never view. This would also require a pdf viewer that respects layer properties, such as Acrobat or Reader.

    Can you show the screenshot of the print dialogue?

    Hello,

    As you can see the button is selected but when you print it prints in colors. A month ago I had no issues.

    Try changing the printer for a test. It can be one of the virtual printers. With my system (Windows 10) the preview changes to greyscale when I select the box.
