Button works on my computer, but not others...

I created a button to open a new file. It works fine on my computer, but not on others. Other buttons work fine, but not this one.

I've never seen this before and have no clue what's going on.

Could you please let us know how you created the button?

Would you mind sharing the PDF with us?

How are others opening the PDF? Are they using the Adobe application?

What happens when they use the button? Does it not works or gives some error?

I'm using Acrobat Standard 2017. Created the button in my .pdf the usual way, with the action being "Open a file", followed by the file location. 

Everything works great on my computer. All of the buttons were created the same way.

Opening the .pdf on another computer using Acrobat Reader, the button does not work. I click on the icon, but nothing happens. All of the other buttons inthe document work, but this one does not. No error message.
