Błąd inicjowanie aplikacji przy próbie instalacji polskiej wersji Adobe reader

Podczas próby instalacji polskiej wersji językowej Adobe reader free ciągle pojawia się: "błąd inicjowania aplikacji". Nie ma możliwości zainstalowania programu.

JavaScript jest włączony

Antivirus jest zaktualizowany

w innej przeglądarce jest ten sam problem

bezpośrednie łącze pobierania- ten sam problem

mam stabilne połączenie z internetem

If you listen to me, kill Avast and use Microsoft Defender. It's less intrusive. (Don't blame me, if something happens, but that is what I did, after Defender became as good as any other free Antivirus)

At least disable Avast for the moment.
