błąd resetowania hasła

Chciałam zresetować hasło, niestety każdorazowo podczas zmiany hasła wyskakuje błąd, przekierowuje do nowego logowania, pomimo, że nie pozwoliło na zresetowaie i zmianę hasła, problem od wczoraj

Would you mind sharing more details about the issue you are experiencing ? Is this happening when you try to reset the password of PDF document or while resetting the password of the Adobe account?

 

Please share the screenshot of the error message, also a small video recording of the issue would be very helpfu.
