C136 Error on a Mac

Unable to install Adobe Acrobat Pro DC from the standalone installer (C136 error) or from Creative Cloud (183 error). I have removed all Adobe apps using the uninstaller and the cleaner tool. I've also gone through the root and user library and removed anything Adobe related I could find before attempting any sort of reinstall (done this process three times). I tried the repair tool for AAM I found in another post but no luck. I continue to get these errors everytime I try to install Acrobat Pro DC. Can anyone help me?

If the issue still persists, please try the following steps and see if that helps:

 

 

If it still doesn't work, please create a new test user profile with full admin rights or enable the root account in Mac (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204012) and try installing the application there and check.
