Calculate, Actions, Validate tabs not showing in Text Field Properties

Question

I'm new to Acrobat Pro DC and had a coworker showing me a few things.  When I go into Text Field Properties, I only have the General, Appearance, Position, and Options tabs.  He has Calculate, Actions, Validate, and maybe another tab or two.  We are both supposed to have the same version of Adobe Acrobat so curious as to what I'm doing wrong, or need to do differently??  Appreciate any assistance!

Click on Tools - Prepare Form and then click on "More" at the right side of the window and then on "Revert to Acrobat Form". In the future, do not tick the box that says "This document requires signatures" when creating the form, as that converts it to a more limited Adobe Sign form.
