Please ensure you have the latest version of Acrobat installed on the machine: 25.001.20693 Planned update, Sept 09, 2025. Check for any pending updates from the Menu > help > check for updates, install the updates, restart the app, and the machine. Try the suggestion shared by our community product expert.

 

  • Open your PDF in Acrobat Pro.
  • Go to All Tools > Prepare a Form.
  • Select the field (make sure it’s a Text Field or a Dropdown Box).
  • Right-click the field and choose Properties.
  • You will see the Calculate tab.
