I'm preparing a form but when I open the properties, I don't have the calculate tab. How can I get that added to my Adobe Pro?

Hello @Dana247849829myb

I hope you are doing well, and thank you for reaching out.

Please ensure you have the latest version of Acrobat installed on the machine: 25.001.20693 Planned update, Sept 09, 2025. Check for any pending updates from the Menu > help > check for updates, install the updates, restart the app, and the machine. Try the suggestion shared by our community product expert.

Open your PDF in Acrobat Pro.
Go to All Tools > Prepare a Form.
Select the field (make sure it’s a Text Field or a Dropdown Box).
Right-click the field and choose Properties.
You will see the Calculate tab.

Please see this article for more details: https://adobe.ly/4nt0IEk

I hope this helps.

Thanks,

Anand Sri.
