Calculate TOTAL days in text box using Project start and end date drop down calendars

Hi, can you help me to creat a cell to calculate number of days between two dates. for example we enter the project start date then the project end dates. The difference between two dated +1 is the number of the dates.

 

Number of Project Days = project end date - project start date + 1
