Question

Calculated fields do not work when form is sent for signature

I may misunderstand the process, but here is what is happening.

I have a PDF that includes numerous fields to be filled in. It also has several calculated fields. I sent it to a user via Adobe sign. The user was able to fill in all text fields, check boxes, etc. but the calculated fields didn't work. It is as if the javascript did survive the process.

Or was this the way the product was intended to operate?

Thanks - Jack

P.S. Kudos to the Adobe community. I wish Microsoft were half as responsive!

Is this still the case?  If you include a signature in the form, the calculations will not work unless you have the Enterprise version of Adobe Acrobat?  Please advise.

It seems to me that this feature requires an "Enterprise" subscription to Adobe Sign, it is not included in the basic subscription.

Adobe Sign doesn't support this scripts.

Well, that is a major disappointment.

Thanks for the help.
