Calendar date picker not showing in form

I have the most updated version of Acrobat.  I created a form that has a date form field.  What I need to see is a calendar pop up for when a user clicks on the Date form field and a calendar shows up for the user to select a date.  My drop down field is in there, but when I click on it, it shows a blank white screen so you can't see the calendar at all.  I am not interested in installing a 3rd party app.  Please help.
