Call an API from Shared review PDF in acrobat reader

Hi Team,

We are using acrobat shared review option for collabration process, in the review pdf we have integrated a script to call an API using SOAP, to get some information from our DB and show that message in Acrobat UI, this API call works fine in the Acorobat PRO DC,  but in Reader, SOAP request is getting blocked due to security level "F", can we over come this issue in shared review PDF while using in Reader

As we know that we need advance form rights ("F") to enable SAOP request in acrobat reader, but we hoped that exporting and importing/publish comments to shared review server in acrobat reader will be using SOAP request in default, so there will not be any need to get the from rights in reader.

Is there is any other way to achive this in reader. kindly guid us to achieve this
