Campos formularios obligatorios

He creado un formulario con campos obligatorios y me deja guardar e imprimir sin dan ningún aviso.

That's correct. The required fields are only validated when the form is submitted.

If you want to use them when the file is being printed and/or saved you will need to use a script, like this one I've created: Custom-made Adobe Scripts: Acrobat -- Validate Required Fields Before Printing or Saving
