Question

can a password protected pdf be opened with a password manager app (Keeper, LastPass, etc..)?

When travelling is quite inconvenient to open password protected pdf's, especially when you have complex/long passwords. I usually use a password manager to automatically login to certain websites, this is something I can control from any of my devices, i.e. a tablet, laptop or even smartphone but seems this is not possible as the password filling cannot be done by the password manager.

I would appreciate any feedback/alternative solution, thanks a lot !

That's a question for the developers of those applications, really...

I believe this is controlled by Adobe, not the password manager but I might be wrong. For example, LastPass says the password entry field is entirely controlled by the Adobe app

Well yes, it's a part of the application. I doubt they will release details on how to access it, as they usually frown upon this kind of automation.
