It might be installable and run although you might need to run the installer in compatibility mode. This version of Acrobat is about five versions out of date and Adobe neither tested installation nor execution of Acrobat 9 on Windows 10 nor does it provide support for this product version on any platform at this point.

It is not upgradable due to how out-of-date it is.

You can purchase either a perpetual license for Acrobat Pro or a subscription. In the case of the subscription you pay monthly or annually (with a one year commitment, the price is lower). All updates are included (including support for the latest operating system releases and hardware) and available to you without any upgrade charges. We recommend the subscription.
