Can Acrobat use tags for each field, to aid identification of exported data?

We need to standardise a business process where a user might create a form using a number of standard fields, the labels or questions attached to these fields maybe in any language depending on the users locale.  We then need to be able to import the data from these forms and load it into a database, so we would like to 'Tag' the fields so we can identify the data.  Due to the narrative nature of the forms and the different requirements of countries, we can't guarantee the fields will be in the same location on each version of the form.

When you export form data you will get a file with field names and values.

Thank you Bernd, are those field names displayed in the PDF or are these field names only used in the field properties?  We want our forms to have all field names in English, although narrative content on the forms could be in any language.  I hope this makes sense.

It's the names under the fields' properties. The text next to the fields is not related to them at all and can be in any language.
